Did any of you know that stars have color? And the only reason we can't see it is because of our eyes. Let me explain. We have basically two sets of eyes. Our day eyes, and our night eyes. Our day eyes see color and detail. Our night eyes (believe it or not) see only black and white. Yes , it's true. With no lights on and no light filtering through we only see black and white. Scientists say that the human "night eyes" can see a candle flame in a field five miles away! Wow! You still don't believe me about the stars thing? Here's proof. Check it out!

A Few Favorites

I decided to start off my new blog with a BANG, I would let you know a few things that I am interested in. So, I guess I'll just start. I love soup on rainy days. I love poetry and reading books. I have several books that I own myself. I adore drawing and hot cups of tea. Mentioning hot cups of tea, reminds me of one of my favorite movies:

I just love that movie! I also love the long Pride and Prejudice, and the newer version of Persuasion. Yes, I am a Jane Austen Freak. Most people reading this have already met me so explaination is uneccisary, but I figured I might as well introduce myself again for the benefit of people who have not. I also just want to let you know what you can expect from me in the future. I will post pics, poetry, maybe a story or two, story ideas, what's going on in my life, and tons of usless nothings.

I'm kinda new to Blogger so I'll need to have some time to figure this thing out. So humor me as I go along. See ya all soon! Good bye!
